Booking
At the time of booking, a fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time.
Deposits may be submitted via Cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Appointments made without a deposit are not guaranteed and are subject to cancellation. A twenty-four (24) hour grace period is provided to submit the deposit; if payment is not received within that timeframe, the appointment may be cancelled.
Payment of the deposit constitutes agreement to all of Kennybsnappin policies. For collaborations or creative projects with no monetary exchange, Kennybsnappin retains full rights to all images captured. These images may be used at the photographer’s discretion for promotional, portfolio, or creative purposes.
Payment
Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Checks are not accepted. An additional $50 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.
Expectations
By booking with the Photographer, the Client confirms they have reviewed the Photographer’s portfolio and understands the Photographer’s shooting style, editing style, and overall creative approach. Photography is a custom service that includes reserved time, photographing, image selection, and editing. All payments are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Once proofs, edited images, or final galleries have been delivered, the service is considered completed and fulfilled.
Clients are responsible for communicating any desired looks, inspiration photos, background requests, or specific expectations before or during the session. If no direction is provided, the Photographer will use creative judgment to deliver the session in their standard style. Refunds, partial refunds, or complimentary reshoots will not be provided for changes of mind, personal preference, or any uncommunicated expectations.
Cancellation
If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session or a half refund. If not notified within 24 hours of the session the half deposit rule is cleared and there will be no refund. However the client can reschedule for FREE on a day that fits the photographers schedule within 3 months.
The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If Kennybsnappin cannot perform this contract due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Photographer, including but not limited to unexpected emergencies, serious illness, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Kennybsnappin fails for any other reason, Kennybsnappin shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
